Absolutely! All of our products are authentic, and sourced exclusively from authorized suppliers.

No, our shipping platform does not support multiple shipping addresses. If you would like to send parts of your order to different places, you will need to place separate orders.

Build a Box does not ship internationally at the moment. Orders can only be shipped to all unoccupied areas in Cyprus.

If you entered the incorrect shipping address, you can let us know through email. Please include your order number and the correct address. If the package has not yet left our facility, we will make the correction

Please note, we are not liable for packages lost in transit due to an incorrect address being provided.

We want you to be happy with your items. You may exchange eligible products up to 14 days after you receive your goods. Build a Box does not cover the cost of shipping on exchanges.

Items without a receipt cannot be exchanged.

Personal care products such as cosmetics and skincare items cannot be exchanged.

Items purchased on sale can be exchanged at the price they were bought.
